Returns & Refund Policy
If something isn't right, we make it easy to return. Here's exactly how it works.

30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
How to request a return
- Email support@rovxar.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one working day with a return label and instructions.
- Pop the item in a suitable box or padded envelope and drop it at your local post office.
Return shipping costs
- Returns due to a fault or our error: free — we'll cover the return label.
- Change of mind returns: £3.95 deducted from your refund to cover collection.
Refunds
Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 3 – 5 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as it's processed.
Exceptions
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, unsealed food-contact items cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us within 30 days with photographs of the issue. We'll offer a replacement, repair or full refund at your preference.
