Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how, when and where we ship your ROVXAR order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Delivery options

Standard UK delivery — 2 – 4 working days · £3.95 (free on orders over £40).
Express UK delivery — 1 – 2 working days · £6.95.
Highlands, Islands, NI and Channel Islands may take 1 – 2 additional working days.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delays

Very occasionally, deliveries are delayed by our carriers. If your parcel is more than three working days late, please email support@rovxar.co.uk and we'll investigate straight away.

Undeliverable parcels

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded excluding original shipping costs. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
